Matthew’s the guy who never shies away from a good challenge—whether that’s bringing new clients through the door or helping long-term customers get exactly what they need.

With two decades of experience in the commercial painting industry and a real knack for relationship building, Matthew plays a key role in Resolute’s ongoing growth.

Since joining the team, he’s helped shape the sales and account management side of the business, turning first-time jobs into lasting partnerships.

He’s known for his honest, no-nonsense communication style and for going the extra mile to make clients feel heard and supported.

On top of finding and managing work, Matthew also handles estimating and occasionally helps run projects when the team’s flat out—he jokes that he does everything except paint, but he definitely knows how to spot a job done right.

Away from work, you’ll find him either in the gym, playing a round of golf, or cheering on his beloved North Melbourne footy team. A big fan of team sports and good company, Matthew brings that same energy and passion into everything he does at Resolute.
